Houthi rebels' attacks on the Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport led to the death of three citizens of Saudi Arabia including a Saudia Airlines pilot, and damage of an airplane on the ground. This is one of the most serious incidents of the ongoing conflict between the coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia and the Houthi rebel groups. It has resulted into suspension of flights in Saudi Arabia and raised alarms regarding the safety of aviation and transport in the region.
